Job Title:  EEC Vulnerability Management Engineer

Job Location: Alpharetta, GA and Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid 4 Days a week office)

Job Duration: Contract/C2C/W2

 

Responsibilities:

         Manage enterprise vulnerability management lifecycle, ensuring timely remediation and maintaining vulnerability thresholds.

         Support PCI compliance, audits, and security governance, implementing required fixes and controls.

         Perform patching across Windows, macOS, Citrix VDI, VMware VDI, and Chromebook environments.

         Package, deploy, and support security tools using enterprise deployment platforms (e.g., SCCM, Ivanti).

         Provide L3 support for vulnerability and security tool issues, and coordinate remediation with L2 teams via ticketing systems.

         Assist in Citrix/VMware VDI environments for security tool deployment and patching support.

         Administer and support Ivanti and print management tools (Ricoh).

         Maintain SOPs, governance documentation, and security compliance documentation.

         Monitor, track, and ensure closure of vulnerability-related incidents and remediation tasks.

         Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to ensure secure endpoint and tool deployment across the enterprise.

 

Experience & Requirements:

         4+ years of experience in SCCM, vulnerability management, and patching.

         Strong experience in Windows 7/10 and macOS patching (desktop, laptop, and virtual environments).

         Experience with Citrix and VMware VDI patching and support (assistance level).

         Hands-on experience in vulnerability management and remediation processes.

         Knowledge of PCI compliance and audit support activities.

         Experience with Ivanti administration and endpoint security tools.

         Familiarity with security tool packaging and deployment using SCCM or similar tools.

         Experience in print management systems (Ricoh).

         Strong understanding of security tools deployment and endpoint protection systems.

         Experience in maintaining SOPs and governance documentation.

         Ability to work in L3 support role and coordinate with L2 teams for remediation activities.

         Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in enterprise environments.

         Good understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
