The Role • Develop new leads and re-engage with past customers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the building materials sector. • Proactively initiate sales through outbound calls, managing at least 15 customer interactions daily. • Support the outside sales team with customer account management and order processing. • Prepare product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals for potential clients. • Track and report sales performance using CRM systems and drive revenue through collaboration with sales enablement teams. What You'll Need • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with bilingual Spanish proficiency a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), CRM software, and internet navigation. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building. • Detail-oriented with robust organizational and time management capabilities. • An entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for the business. • Ability to work cohesively in a team environment.
