Milestone Technologies is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional delivery for our clients in a highly regulated environment. It requires a hands-on delivery leader who can see the big picture, bring structure to multiple moving parts, and drive execution across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Senior Program Manager will define scope, build integrated plans and schedules, manage governance, and coordinate multiple workstreams to ensure delivery against fixed deadlines. The role requires strong judgment, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to proactively surface and resolve risks, dependencies, and blockers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solution-oriented, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves to keep work moving to completion with a calm, professional, solution-oriented style.

Responsibilities
  • Lead program coordination for the Responsible AI initiative across AI & Data Science, Cybersecurity & Digital Trust, Law, Quality, Worldwide Compliance & Business Ethics, Technology, and other partner functions as needed.
  • Establish and maintain an integrated delivery plan with clear scope, milestones, dependencies, owners, decision points, risks, and delivery dates.
  • Orchestrate activities across multiple cross-functional workstreams to ensure priorities, deliverables, and follow-through are aligned.
  • Run effective meetings, prepare materials, document decisions and actions, and track commitments through closure.
  • Identify blockers, dependencies, resourcing constraints, and unclear ownership; work with stakeholders to develop practical resolution options and maintain momentum.
  • Lead coordination of remediation actions and findings across functions, ensuring clear ownership, practical action plans, and timely delivery against deadlines.
  • Provide concise, leadership-ready reporting on status, key achievements, risks, issues, decisions required, and delivery impacts.
  • Help establish a lightweight, sustainable operating model, including cadences, systems of record, escalation paths, and ownership of core program artifacts.
  • Hold team resources accountable with professionalism and a solution-oriented management style.

Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in senior program management / project management in complex, regulated environments.
  • Strong governance experience and the ability to operate effectively within a DAI model (Decide, Advise, Inform).
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple workstreams and keeping teams aligned on milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
  • Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and constructively challenge unclear ownership, timelines, or dependencies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Hands-on delivery mindset with the ability to orchestrate and roll up sleeves as needed.
  • Experience in enterprise AI, data, technology risk, or governance programs is strongly preferred.
  • Biopharma or life sciences experience is a plus.

Preferred Attributes
  • Seasoned, practical, and delivery-focused.
  • Comfortable working in a complex, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong judgment and ability to escalate appropriately.
  • Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.

Success Measures
  • Clear ownership and accountability across all workstreams.
  • Timely identification and resolution of risks, blockers, and dependencies.
  • Reliable tracking of milestones, decisions, and completion evidence.
  • Strong cross-functional alignment and disciplined execution through year-end.
  • A sustainable program operating rhythm that the Responsible AI team can continue after the engagement.
