Project Manager

A leading global Fin-tech organisation seeks a Project Manager to drive a strategic Wealth Management programmes. You'll manage the full project lifecycle-from initiation to benefits realisation-while engaging with senior stakeholders and steering committees.

• Competitive Compensation Package: Up to £125 k base + 30% bonus + stocks
• Working with a highly successful global Fin-tech company
• 5 days a week onsite in their city London city office

Your Role:

• Lead cross-functional projects aligned with strategic priorities.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring robust governance and timely delivery.
• Develop project plans, RAID logs, and reporting packs for senior stakeholders.
• Assess impact and provide options analysis for reprioritisation decisions.
• Partner with business leaders to define operating models and drive organisational readiness.
• Act as both Project Manager and Business Analyst during early project stages when needed.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience delivering complex projects in a Wealth Management or highly regulated financial services company.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including engagement with MD/C-Suite executives.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and governance best practices.
• Adaptability to blend fintech innovation with traditional financial processes.
• A proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and resilience under pressure.
