The Role • Perform routine administrative and clinical tasks to ensure smooth operation of medical centers. • Measure and record patient vital signs, including medical history and interview details. • Prepare patients for examinations, assist physicians, and explain treatment procedures. • Observe patients, report any changes in condition, and perform non-critical medical and therapeutic procedures. • Collect lab specimens, perform basic waived lab tests, and administer medications under physician supervision. • Provide health coaching to a defined group of patients, supporting healthy lifestyle choices and conducting follow-up calls. What You'll Need • Good business acumen and a strong understanding of medical assistant functions. • Knowledge of medical terminology, services, policies, and procedures. • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills with a compassionate demeanor. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations. • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary care team. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
