Job Summary
Seeking a skilled Product Owner to lead product vision, backlog management, requirements, and Agile delivery for Merchant Services and Commercial Payments. The role owns work end-to-end, ensuring clear user stories, acceptance criteria, stakeholder alignment, and successful squad delivery.

Must Have
6 8 years as Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Business Analyst with direct requirements ownership.
Strong experience writing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows.
Strong Agile/Scrum, SAFe, Kanban experience.
Backlog ownership, prioritization, refinement, sprint planning, and delivery.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
Strong stakeholder, vendor, and cross-functional team management.
Experience with QA, traceability, release management, production readiness, and governance.
Strong communication and risk/blocker management skills.
Product Owner certification: CSPO, PSPO, PMPO, or equivalent. Banking / Financial Services / Fintech / Payments experience.
Merchant Services / Commercial Payments experience.
Lockbox, Remote Capture, or Payments Transmission systems.
System migration or data-heavy application experience.
Experience working with offshore teams.
Experience with vendor/internal system integrations.
