Tube Roller

We're looking for a skilled and dependable Tube Roller to join our production and fabrication team. This position involves operating rolling machines to form metal tubing, performing precision measurements, and assisting with fabrication and welding tasks. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with metalworking, welding, and the safe use of various hand and power tools.

Responsibilities:

• Operate tube rolling and forming machines to meet production specifications and quality standards.
• Perform welding and fitting tasks as needed to complete fabrication projects.
• Set up machines, adjust rollers, and monitor operations for accuracy and consistency.
• Inspect finished tubes for dimensions, quality, and finish according to blueprints and technical drawings.
• Use hand and power tools safely for cutting, grinding, and assembly tasks.
• Maintain and perform routine upkeep on machines and tools.
• Handle and move materials using proper safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate production logs and report any mechanical or quality issues.
• Follow all company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in metal fabrication, welding, or machine operation preferred.
• Knowledge of MIG/TIG welding processes is a plus.
• Proficient with measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and micrometers.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or fabrication drawings.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and handling materials throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in an industrial or fabrication environment.
