Sales Internship

About the Role

This is a hands-on sales internship at an early-stage B2B SaaS startup operating in the commercial & industrial energy storage sector. You'll work directly alongside the founding team to drive outbound revenue growth, owning the full top-of-funnel pipeline across the DACH region and broader Europe. The role is high-impact and high-ownership — ideal for someone hungry to build elite sales skills from day one.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage an outbound pipeline targeting C-level decision-makers at installers, wholesalers, and battery manufacturers.

• Execute cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns across DACH and European markets.

• Work directly with founders to test and iterate on pitch angles and messaging.

• Contribute to refining the sales playbook in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

What We're Looking For

• Relentless drive, high energy, and a competitive mindset — energized by hitting ambitious targets.

• Full ownership mentality: able to execute independently and solve problems quickly.

• Some exposure to B2B SaaS outbound sales, or a strong, demonstrable motivation to master it fast — raw talent and trajectory matter more than tenure.

• Clear, persuasive communication skills; native or bilingual German and fluent English are required.

• Comfort with ambiguity and the fast pace of an early-stage startup.

• Familiarity with modern outbound tooling, CRM automation, or experience in the CleanTech / energy storage space is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

Paid internship with a salary in the range of €24,000 – €26,000 annually, plus an uncapped performance bonus. You'll receive direct daily coaching from founders and access to top-tier AI sales tools and high-performance hardware.

Location

On-site in Berlin, Germany (Hamburg or Kiel also available). This is an in-person role.
