Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager (also open to Product Owners or Product Strategists) to manage the full product lifecycle from concept and strategy through development, launch, and continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Roadmap Ownership: Define product vision, goals, and strategic direction while developing and maintaining the overall product roadmap and release plans.
- Backlog Prioritization: Manage and prioritize product features, enhancements, and user stories based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units to facilitate planning sessions, roadmap reviews, and product demonstrations.
- Delivery & Performance: Partner with development teams to ensure successful product delivery while monitoring key KPIs, product metrics, and customer satisfaction data.
- Advocacy & UX: Champion user-centered needs throughout the development lifecycle to ensure high usability, accessibility, and exceptional user experiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must bring a strong blend of strategic product planning and tactical delivery skills:
- Lifecycle Management: Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle in a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Development capacity.
- Roadmapping & Prioritization: Strong proficiency in structural roadmap development, feature prioritization, and data-driven backlog grooming.
- Requirements Translation: Excellent track record of gathering complex business requirements and translating them into technical product features.
- Methodology Alignment: Deep operational understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Leadership & Influence: Superior organizational, communication, and leadership skills to align diverse cross-functional teams.
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
- Public Sector / Government Experience (Required)
- Experience leading digital transformation or enterprise-scale software initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile tooling platforms such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of user-centered design, accessibility standards, and organizational change management.
