The Role • Deliver first-class vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers. • Manage your own stock and complete necessary reporting for each job. • Handle a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and general repairs. • Represent the organization by providing excellent customer service and advice. • Work independently, making informed decisions to resolve vehicle issues on-site. • Adapt to a dynamic work environment with diverse repair challenges daily. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician. • Proficiency in working with a range of light vehicles. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers. • Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
