Site Engineer – Basingstoke Are you a Site Engineer with experience delivering water or heavy civil engineering projects and looking for your next long-term opportunity?

Red Sky Personnel are recruiting for a Site Engineer to join a leading civil engineering contractor delivering major infrastructure works across the Thames Water framework in Basingstoke.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a long-term programme of water infrastructure projects involving reinforced concrete structures, deep shafts, tunnelling, pipelines and associated civil engineering works.

The successful candidate will join an experienced delivery team working on technically challenging projects across the clean and wastewater network. We are looking for a Site Engineer with a strong background in civil engineering and water infrastructure who can support the safe and efficient delivery of works from planning through to completion.

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for setting out, quality assurance, maintaining engineering records, producing ITPs, completing inspections, supporting temporary works, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification.

What We're Looking For Previous experience working as a Site Engineer on civil engineering or water infrastructure projects Experience working on Thames Water, water treatment, wastewater or utilities frameworks (preferred) Strong setting out experience using Leica, Trimble or robotic total station equipment Experience producing QA documentation, ITPs, inspection records and as-built surveys Experience delivering reinforced concrete structures, deep shafts, tunnelling, pipelines or heavy civils Knowledge of construction methods, quality standards and health & safety requirements Ability to interpret engineering drawings and resolve technical issues on site Degree, HNC or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering (preferred) CSCS Card Strong communication and organisational skills What's On Offer Permanent opportunity with a leading civil engineering contractor Competitive salary package dependent on experience Long-term work on the Thames Water framework Opportunity to work on major water infrastructure and heavy civils projects Career progression and development opportunities Work alongside experienced engineering and project delivery teams If you're a Site Engineer with experience delivering water or heavy civil engineering projects and are looking for your next opportunity in Basingstoke, we'd love to hear from you.
