Job Description

Title:  Senior QA Engineer
Location:  Remote/Telework
Job Type:  Contract
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 8+ years of software QA/testing experience with complex web applications.
  • Strong experience with manual and automated testing.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Java and TestNG for test automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright.
  • Experience with JMeter, WAPT Pro, or other load/performance testing tools.
  • Experience with Git/GitHub and GitHub Copilot.
  • Experience with Jira.
  • Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, performance, accessibility, and automation testing.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Zephyr Scale.
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Experience leading or mentoring QA teams.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience testing CRM applications, APIs, integrations, and data workflows.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and test automation best practices.
