We are currently seeking professional and reliable Security Officer/s to join our team at one of our retail sites! This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable organisation that values professionalism, safety, and service excellence.

About the Role

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering a high standard of customer service. This role involves a mix of patrols, incident response, and client-facing duties.

Positions available: Full-time

Potential earnings / Award Level: Level 2

Shifts: Weekday and weekend Day and night shifts

Roster:

Week 1

Monday & Thursday: 6:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Friday & Sunday: 5:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Saturday: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Week 2

Wednesday: 6:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Thursday: 5:30 PM - 10:30 PM

Friday: 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM

Saturday: 6:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets
• Provide a professional and approachable security presence
• Respond to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance
• Identify and assess risks, taking appropriate action in line with procedures
• Adhere to all site and company security protocols
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A valid Security Licence
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Previous security experience (retail experience highly regarded)
• Availability to work day/night and weekday/weekend shifts
• Good physical fitness, as patrols are required
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• A reliable and punctual work history
• Full Australian working rights
