Production Project Manager

Production Project Manager Dundonald Depending On Experience + Benefits The Role We are recruiting for an experienced Production Project Manager to oversee projects from design and procurement through to manufacture and installation. This is a key coordination role, responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage projects through the full production lifecycle Develop and maintain production schedules in line with project deadlines Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Manufacturing and Installation teams Monitor project progress, costs, labour hours and resource requirements Identify and resolve programme delays, material shortages and cost overruns Maintain accurate project and scheduling information Provide regular progress updates to senior management Promote health & safety and drive continuous operational improvement What We're Looking For Experience in a Production Manager, Project Manager, Manufacturing Manager or similar role Background in manufacturing, joinery, fit-out, furniture or a similar environment Strong project planning and production scheduling skills Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Ability to read technical drawings ERP/MRP systems experience Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities Skills: Manufacturing Leadership Production
