The Role • Visualize and plan customer kitchen dreams using modern 3D planning tools. • Develop and present customized kitchen concepts, considering style, functionality, and budget. • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial consultation and offer creation to closing the deal. • Handle objections, coordinate project timelines, and oversee delivery and installation. • Utilize professional planning software to bring client visions to life. What You'll Need • Proven experience in kitchen planning and direct sales. • In-depth knowledge of kitchen technology, design principles, and current product ranges. • Technical proficiency with professional planning software (e.g., KPS, Carat, Winner) and MS Office/Google Workspace. • Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction. • A confident demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and an independent, goal-oriented work approach. • A keen eye for current kitchen trends and creativity in design execution.
