Maintenance Engineer

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join the team located in Aberdeen!

The Role:

Perform preventative &amp; reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and implement effective repairs across all building services systems.<br />Weekly PPMs such as fire alarm tests, emergency light tests &amp; hazard checks.<br />Repairs floor &amp; wall coverings.<br />Responsible for other building maintenance &amp; installation works as required.<br />Accountable for lighting, general lamp changes, Filter Changes AHU's / FCU's and Basic Plumbing requirements<br />Provide excellent customer service, respond to requests, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.<br />Oversee and liaise with contractors across site.<br />Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment logs.<br />Ensure adherence to health &amp; safety regulations, conduct inspections, and maintain accurate records of compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team! We offer training and development within this role. Working Hours 8am - 5pm<br />Monday to Friday<br />Overtime available!
