National Accounts Coordinator
We are looking for an organised and customer-focused National Accounts Programme Coordinator to support our national customers and help ensure services are delivered smoothly.
Working closely with Account Managers and teams across the business, you will coordinate customer requests, manage customer portals, monitor KPIs, and keep customers updated on progress.

What you'll be doing:
- Building positive relationships with national customers and acting as a key point of contact for day-to-day queries
- Managing customer portals and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating activities across multiple internal teams
- Monitoring KPIs and producing customer reports
- Handling reactive customer requests and helping resolve issues
- Working alongside Account Managers to deliver a great customer experience
What we're looking for:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, customer-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Good reporting and analytical skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience working with customer portals or account coordination is desirable
