The Role

• Manage credit and collections activities to positively impact revenue through daily customer communication and account collection.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a "white glove" approach in-store and during home visits.
• Participate in deliveries and pickups, ensuring safe and compliant loading, unloading, and installation of products.
• Maintain an inviting and organized store environment through effective merchandising and cleanliness standards.
• Contribute to the company's mission of enhancing customer quality of life through their products and services.

What You'll Need

• 1-3 years of experience in retail, customer service, sales, or collections.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid state driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A desire for a long-term career with opportunities for growth.
