Job Description

Job Title: Process Associate / Analyst (Austin, Texas, US)

About the role:

Process Associate / Analyst is responsible for issuing, reviewing, and managing Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to ensure accurate documentation of insurance coverage. This role supports clients, producers, and account managers by delivering timely and compliant certificates while maintaining high service quality.

What We''re Looking for:

  • Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance principles and coverage types
  • Hands-on experience or exposure to Certificate of Insurance (COI) processing
  • Expertise in ACORD forms (especially ACORD 25) and certificate issuance standards
  • Ability to accurately interpret and process complex COI requests from clients
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies before issuance
  • Good understanding of endorsements such as:
    • Additional Insured (AI)
    • Waiver of Subrogation (WOS)
    • Primary & Non-Contributory (PNC) clauses
  • Awareness of legal and compliance implications related to COIs
