Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect with strong expertise in Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM). The ideal candidate should have experience architecting enterprise-scale CRM solutions, integrating Azure services, and implementing Copilot AI, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and Customer Insights.
• Conduct solution design workshops, fit-gap analysis, and proof-of-concept sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Design scalable CRM solutions using standard D365 capabilities while minimizing customizations.
• Architect Dataverse data models, security models, business processes, workflows, plugins, and integrations.
• Design and implement enterprise integrations using Azure services, middleware, APIs, and Power Platform.
• Build intelligent business solutions using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Extend CRM functionality using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and custom connectors.
• Establish governance, security, ALM strategies, and Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) best practices.
• Perform architecture reviews, ensure Microsoft best practices, and maintain solution documentation.
• Support pre-sales activities, RFP responses, solution demonstrations, and development of reusable accelerators.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of experience in CRM or Enterprise Application Consulting.
• 4+ years of experience architecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform and Dataverse.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules.
• Experience implementing Copilot AI, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio solutions.
• Strong Azure integration experience using Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and REST APIs.
• Experience with plugin development, custom workflows, security models, and solution customization.
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance, ALM, and Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Excellent stakeholder management, client communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications such as:
  • PL-600: Power Platform Solution Architect
  • PL-400: Power Platform Developer
  • MB-210: Dynamics 365 Sales
  • MB-230: Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and AI-driven CRM implementations.
• Experience contributing to RFPs, pre-sales, and enterprise solution architecture.
