Location: Remote (India) Full-Time

Shift: US EST Hours- IST: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Finance Leader to own end-to-end finance across company

and fund entities, including accounting, reporting, compliance, tax, legal

documentation, and internal controls. The role also covers investment analysis,

fund operations, LP coordination, and equity management. This is a hands-on role

requiring experience in VC/PE or complex multi-entity environments, with exposure

to US-based companies and a strong understanding of US corporate, tax, and

regulatory frameworks.

We're Looking For

CA with 8-15 years of experience

Experience in VC, PE, Venture-Backed Startups, or High-Growth Global Businesses

Strong expertise in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Financial Modeling & Treasury

Exposure to US Finance, US GAAP, Cross-Border Operations & Multi-Entity Reporting

Experience working directly with Founders, Investors, or Boards is highly preferred
