The Role • Perform vehicle glass replacement and repair, including recalibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume the role of "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" (Operations Manager), overseeing technical operations, adherence to company standards, and daily scheduling. • Advise and support customers from order placement through to vehicle handover, ensuring a high level of service orientation. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the processing and scheduling of incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures, oversee inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards and corrective actions are implemented. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, with a strong preference for experience as an automotive master craftsman, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to undertake the required proficiency test or already hold the "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" qualification. • A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and comfortable with administrative tasks and PC usage. • Strong customer and service orientation, coupled with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and foster trust-based collaboration.
