Area Sales Manager

The role:

• Fantastic opportunity to work for this manufacturer of passive fire protection products including ceilings, board, soffits, insulation and more.
• The business is growing and fast becoming the go to manufacturer of choice.
• You will be selling mainly to contractors, who are generally specialist sub-contractors but also working with some specifiers and distribution partners.
• The role is to cover the South of the UK, however most of the business is in the London Area, so you should be based reasonably local to that area.
• You will be expected to establish and grow a stable client base and drive profitable sales and project opportunities.

About You:

• You should have experience with the building material sector, ideally with fire protection, insulation, partitions or similar.
• You should have a strong track record of dealing with contractors and be able to demonstrate success with them.
• This position requires a proactive individual with initiative, confidence and commercial experience to meet with key decision makers, build relationships and drive tangible leads and sales.

Package:

• Base of 55- 65k, uncapped bonus scheme, car allowance, pension and 25 days holidays plus bank holidays
