We are seeking an experienced Principal Technology Architect / Java Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, ReactJS, and AWS/Azure Cloud, along with proven experience in technical leadership and solution architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and delivery of enterprise Java applications.
• Design and implement scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Develop full-stack applications using Java/Spring Boot and ReactJS.
• Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and architectural standards.
• Mentor and guide developers on technical best practices.
