Role Overview

Reporting to the Director of Cyber, the Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the success of our vendors by leading strategic marketing initiatives, fostering strong vendor relationships, and influencing internal channel partner stakeholders. The role demands a customer centric mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for driving results in a collaborative team setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor Relations: Act as the bridge between our vendors and customers, executing growth objectives and influencing internal stakeholders for results.
  • Strategy Partner: Shape our vendors' strategies through coordinated and collaborative business engagement; creative input highly valued.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with key vendor and partner decision makers; networking and interpersonal skills essential.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams - Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Senior Executives - to achieve our goals.
  • Sales Quotas: Achieve quarterly vendor sales quotas and collaborate with management on success strategies.
Qualifications
  • 4 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a channel environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer centric mindset with strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience in the ANZ ICT channel industry is highly advantageous.
  • Passion for technology and creative approach to problem solving.
  • Self starter who can work autonomously and adapt to a fast paced environment.
  • Team player contributing positively to the working culture.

Full time availability to work in Australia with no restrictions required.
