Merchandise Manager

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Merchandise Manager to lead product strategy and execution in a guest-obsessed, fast-paced retail environment. You will use sales data and guest insights to plan assortments, manage inventory and deliver compelling visual presentations across cosmetics, skincare, haircare and fragrance. Partnering with store and corporate teams, you'll optimize pricing, promotions and space to drive sales and margin. You'll coach associates on merchandising standards and product knowledge while supporting a collaborative, inclusive culture with clear career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchandise strategies to drive sales, margin and inventory health
• Analyze sales, trends and guest insights to optimize assortment, space and replenishment
• Ensure compelling visual merchandising and brand-right product presentation
• Partner with store and corporate teams on promotions, pricing and new product launches
• Monitor inventory levels, reduce out-of-stocks and manage markdowns
• Lead, coach and develop associates on merchandising standards and product knowledge
• Use retail systems and reporting tools to make data-driven decisions
• Maintain a guest-obsessed culture aligned with Ulta Beauty values
