Financial Analyst (Deal Support)

Role Overview:

1. Project-specific deal support
 PowerPoint preparation, teasers, investment memoranda, and client
presentations
 Managing data room (SharePoint or similar)
 Assist with due diligence and execution of transactions
 Maintain accurate deal flow tracking and reporting/logs
2. Admin/research support
 Industry research, targeting database support, preparing presentations
 AI research and presentation creation
 Other administration tasks for operating and growing business

This is a role (both part-time and full-time positions are open) which will allow an analyst to
transition to private equity or business school after training with senior professionals

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Only (Min. GPA: 3.5); Less than 1.5 years’ work experience
in a role which involved Powerpoint and Excel; Experience with datarooms (Sharepoint);
Superior attention to detail and consistency in work product.
