Manhattan WMS - W2 only

The following requirement is open with our client.  

Title                                       : Manhattan WMS

Location                               : Memphis, TN (Onsite)

Duration                              : 6 Months

Rate                                       :  $56/Hr on W2

Relevant Experience      : 8+

Job Description:

·         Provide L2 support for Manhattan WMS incidents and service requests.

·         Troubleshoot and resolve warehouse management and application issues.

·         Work closely with warehouse operators and business stakeholders.

·         Analyze and resolve issues using SQL queries and data analysis.

·         Support warehouse operations and ensure smooth WMS functionality.

·         Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams for issue resolution.

·         Work independently on production support and technical issues.

·         Participate in incident management, root-cause analysis, and problem resolution.

·         Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
