Talent Acquistion Assistant

Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have computer, customer service and talent acquisition skills which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title:  Talent Acqusition Assistant

Location:  McAllen, TX

Pay Range:  $17.25

 

What’s the Job?

• Review and process job applications
• Keep track of screening employment applications and job requisitions
• Primary point of contact for candidates
• Generate weekly and monthly reports
• Other duties as assigned

 

What’s Needed?

• Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, the Windows environment, and internet research skills.
• Bilingual, English/Spanish, preferred
• Associate's degree or a minimum of 60 earned college hours
• At least one (1) year of human resources or professional work setting experience, preferred.
• Experience in a higher education institution, preferred.
