The Role • Lead and manage a team of Membership Advisors, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. • Recruit, interview, and train new team members in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team. • Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales and achieve club objectives. • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide coaching to enhance individual and team performance. • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on continuous improvement and member success. • Ensure consistent quality control in sales processes, from initial club tours to membership presentations.
