The role offers significant visibility, autonomy and the opportunity to have a genuine impact across an international organisation.

What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years proven experience in a learning and development role, ideally within financial or professional services.
- Strong understanding of what “good” looks like in L&D, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach. Good attention to detail and high standards are key.
- Experience designing and delivering training programmes, both in-person and online.
