The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services on customers' driveways and various locations. • Manage your own stock, conduct reporting, and maintain effective customer communication. • Adapt to a variety of tasks, ensuring high standards of service with each interaction. • Represent the company with pride, embodying its values in every customer engagement. • Think critically and independently to make the right decisions for each repair scenario. What You'll Need • Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification or equivalent. • A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points. • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
