About the Role:


Accordible Facility Management is looking for a confident and result-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing sales team. The role is focused on generating new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, building a strong sales pipeline, and converting leads into business for our facility management and engineering service verticals. This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys client interaction, field meetings, follow-ups, and target-based growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate leads through cold calling, emails, field visits, networking, and market research.
  • Identify potential clients across hotels, corporates, malls, hospitals, and commercial properties.
  • Pitch Accordible's services and understand client requirements.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings, site visits, and business discussions.
  • Prepare and coordinate proposals, quotations, and commercial details.
  • Maintain lead status, follow-ups, and sales pipeline updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for costing, feasibility, and project handover.
  • Build long-term client relationships for repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Ideal Candidate:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, field sales, or client acquisition.
  • Experience in facility management, manpower, housekeeping, technical services, hospitality, or B2B services will be preferred.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings, field visits, and sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and basic sales reporting.
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and eager to grow in sales.
