The Role • Operate, set up, and monitor corrugated board production machinery. • Support maintenance and repair activities for the production line. • Monitor production data, ensuring smooth material flow. • Conduct quality control checks on manufactured goods and materials. • Assist with general machine and material flow tasks. What You'll Need • Previous experience as a machine and plant operator or a qualified career changer with technical aptitude. • Proven ability to work independently and reliably, demonstrating strong self-management skills. • A keen awareness of quality standards and a commitment to producing excellent results. • Flexibility and a willingness to work in a shift-based environment. • Strong teamwork capabilities and an adaptable approach to tasks. • Technical understanding and a proactive attitude towards maintenance.
