Job Description

OBrien Industries Inc seeks a Manager, Media Strategy & Planning to lead data-driven media programs that elevate our brand and drive qualified demand across industrial and utility markets. In this role, you will own media strategy, channel mix, and campaign execution across digital, social, search, and trade outlets, aligning closely with sales and product teams. You will manage budgets, vendors, and performance analytics, translating insights into continuous improvement. Responsibilities

  • Lead development of integrated media strategies to support OBrien Industries Inc brand and demand-generation goals in industrial and utility markets
  • Plan, negotiate, and optimize paid media across digital, social, search, and trade channels to reach engineering and industrial buyers
  • Analyze campaign performance, create dashboards, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve ROI and lead quality
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership to align media plans with target accounts, key segments, and revenue objectives
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets, ensuring timely execution and cost efficiency
  • Oversee audience segmentation, targeting, and messaging frameworks tailored to technical and industrial decision-makers
  • Coordinate media calendars with content, events, and product launches to maximize reach and engagement
  • Own testing roadmap for creatives, channels, and offers; implement A/B experiments and share learnings across teams
  • Ensure brand consistency, compliance, and safety-first messaging across all media placements
  • Mentor junior marketing staff and contribute to continuous improvement of media planning processes
