What You'll Be Doing

• Design and develop low-latency, high-throughput trading systems in modern C++.
• Optimize performance across the entire trading stack, from software architecture to network and hardware interactions.
• Build scalable systems that process real-time market data and execute trades in microseconds.
• Partner closely with traders and quants to deliver technology that directly impacts P&L.

What We're Looking For

• Strong C++ development experience with a focus on performance optimization.
• Background in low-latency systems, distributed systems, networking, or high-performance computing.
