About the roleWe're looking for a UX/UI Designer to join the Rip Curl team and help create seamless digital experiences across our eCommerce platforms.
Working closely with marketing, development and analytics teams, you'll use customer insights, design thinking and data to create intuitive experiences that improve engagement, usability and conversion. This is a hands on role where you'll take ideas from concept through to launch while helping shape the future of our online customer journey.
This is a full-time, fixed-term parental leave contract from 5 October 2026 to 8 October 2027 , based at our Rip Curl office in Torquay, Victoria.
What You'll Do- Design engaging customer experiences across web and mobile
- Create wireframes, prototypes and user flows in Figma
- Analyse customer behaviour and identify optimisation opportunities
- Support A/B testing and continuous website improvements
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to deliver best-in-class digital experiences
- Maintain website content and campaign execution
- Champion usability, accessibility and customer first design principles.
- Experience in UX/UI, digital design or a similar role
- Experience with Figma and exposure to eCommerce platforms such as Shopify
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A customer centric mindset backed by data and insights
- The ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment
