We have an immediate need for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, user story documentation, technical writing, and ITIL processes to support business and technical teams in assessing needs, managing change, and delivering effective technology solutions

This is an onsite position based in Austin, TX for a candidate with 4 7 years of Business Analyst experience and strong skills in creating user stories, stakeholder communication, technical documentation, application integrations, and change readiness. Experience with Azure DevOps for creating and managing user stories is highly preferred.
