Customer Engineer

About the Role

This is a technical customer-success role on a fast-moving team building an AI voice platform for B2C companies. You'll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customers — ensuring successful adoption of the platform while translating real-world customer needs into meaningful product improvements.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical guidance to customers as they deploy, configure, and optimise the platform.

• Troubleshoot Postgres-backed data workflows and full-stack code (TypeScript, React, Node, Python) alongside customers.

• Help customers with prompting and related AI workflows to unlock maximum value from the product.

• Build strong customer relationships and act as the technical liaison between customers and internal product/engineering teams.

• Gather, synthesise, and communicate customer feedback to drive product improvements and documentation.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrable, direct business impact through written code.

• Hands-on experience with customer-facing or customer-success work in a software product context.

• Strong familiarity with TypeScript, React, Node, and Python.

• Solid working knowledge of PostgreSQL, including troubleshooting data workflows.

• Ability to help customers navigate prompting and AI-related workflows.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable serving as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong computer science fundamentals.

• Genuine interest in AI/LLM-driven products.
