Brennan IT in Sydney is seeking a dynamic Desktop Support Engineer (Managed Services Consultant L1) to join our expanding team. The role is customer facing, onsite and remote, with a strong emphasis on field support across the Sydney Metro area.
You will provide L1 support to our Managed Services client, handle Office 365 and Windows desktop issues, and work closely with service delivery teams. A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel are essential; ITIL knowledge is a plus.
