Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scala Developer with strong expertise in Elasticsearch, Apache Spark, Scala, and ES|QL (Elasticsearch Query Language) to join our engineering team in Irving, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable data processing pipelines, developing search solutions, and working with large-scale distributed systems.


Required Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Scala.
Experience designing and implementing solutions using Elasticsearch.
Strong knowledge of Apache Spark for large-scale data processing.
Experience writing and optimizing ES|QL queries.
Familiarity with distributed systems and big data technologies.
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and microservices architecture.
Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of Kafka or other streaming technologies.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
