Job Description
Our client, a leading financial services organisation who are searching for a Cutover Business Analyst to support the acquisition and servicing transition.
In this pivotal position, you will collaborate closely with the Program Manager Operations & Service to plan, coordinate, and execute Cutover and Day 1 activities, ensuring seamless operational readiness and minimal disruption throughout the portfolio migration.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development and execution of comprehensive Cutover plans, including dress rehearsals and readiness assessments.
- Coordinate business readiness activities across operational, support functions, technology, and external stakeholders.
- Lead critical business activities related to data migration, reconciliation, validation, and securing business sign-off.
- Facilitate smooth operational transition for customer servicing, broker channels, and related processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Legal, Risk, Compliance, HR, Finance, Treasury, and Procurement to ensure compliance and day one obligations are met.
- Maintain accurate integrated RAID logs, readiness reporting, and provide governance updates.
- Identify, elevate, and assist in addressing risks, issues, and dependencies affecting Day 1 readiness.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related discipline.
- Extensive business analysis experience within financial services, particularly supporting acquisitions and portfolio migrations.
- Strong knowledge of home lending, personal lending, servicing operations, hardship, and collections.
- Proven ability in Cutover planning, business readiness, and operational transition.
- Expertise in data migration processes including reconciliation, validation, and business sign-off.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence is essential.
