Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Manager V in Atlanta, GA.

Overview

We are looking for highly analytical, customer-obsessed Growth Product Managers to support end-to-end growth across the Mailchimp customer lifecycle-from acquisition and activation through retention, and churn prevention.

You will own a portfolio of growth opportunities spanning sign-up, activation, trial conversion, feature adoption, monetization, and retention. You will balance rapid experimentation with foundational investments in growth infrastructure, experimentation, pricing systems, data, and personalization that enable sustainable growth at scale. Success requires both strategic vision and strong execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support growth initiatives from initial customer acquisition through activation and paid conversion, helping customers quickly understand Mailchimp's value, choose the right offering, and successfully get started
  • Support acquisition and activation strategy. Partner with senior product leaders to identify and prioritize opportunities across sign-up, onboarding, trial, activation, pricing and packaging, and paid conversion
  • Improve the end-to-end conversion funnel; Analyze customer behavior, intent, and friction across acquisition, sign-up, trial, onboarding, and conversion to uncover opportunities to improve customer experiences and business outcomes
  • Accelerate time to value; Develop and test onboarding, product discovery, and activation experiences that help customers understand Mailchimp's value, complete critical jobs, and reach meaningful moments of value more quickly
  • Contribute to pricing, packaging, and monetization initiatives; Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and other teams to test pricing, packaging, trials, offers, and merchandising experiences that improve customer value and conversion

REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably an analytical Bachelors degree
  • Significant product management experience with deep, demonstrable expertise in growth product management, including experience across multiple stages of the customer lifecycle such as acquisition, activation, conversion, engagement, monetization, retention, and churn
  • A proven track record of delivering measurable improvements to customer and business outcomes through product-led growth strategies, experimentation, funnel optimization, and cross-functional execution
  • Strong command of growth fundamentals, including customer lifecycle strategy, acquisition and conversion funnels, behavioral segmentation, cohort analysis, experimentation, personalization, pricing and packaging, monetization, retention modeling, and lifetime value
  • Experience developing or optimizing pricing, packaging, offers, or monetization strategies, with an understanding of how commercial decisions affect acquisition, conversion, retention, and customer value
  • Exceptional analytical judgment and demonstrated ability to combine behavioral data, experimentation, customer research, and business context to size opportunities, diagnose root causes, prioritize investments, and make decisions in ambiguous environments
  • Experience defining North Star metrics, growth scorecards, and measurement systems that connect leading indicators to longer-term outcomes such as conversion, retention, lifetime value, revenue growth, and Net Revenue Retention
  • Deep understanding of customer psychology, user intent, behavioral design, and growth UX, with an ability to make product value clearer, more accessible, and easier for customers to realize
  • Experience partnering closely with Data Science and Analytics and applying segmentation, propensity models, predictive signals, experimentation, and personalization systems to improve customer experiences and business outcomes
