Project Manager

Description

We are seeking a Creative Project Manager to support a packaging redesign initiative. This person will coordinate creative assets throughout the review and approval process, keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned, and ensure timelines and deliverables remain on track.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate packaging designs and creative assets from internal and external partners
• Route materials to the appropriate stakeholders for review, feedback, and approval
• Track project timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and asset versions
• Follow up with stakeholders to keep feedback and approvals on schedule
• Maintain organized project documentation, status updates, and final deliverables
• Identify potential delays or roadblocks and communicate them proactively
• Partner with creative, marketing, packaging, and other cross-functional teams
• Ensure clear communication and smooth handoffs throughout each stage of the redesign

Requirements

• Experience managing creative projects, workflows, or production processes
• Strong project management, organizational, and follow-through skills
• Experience coordinating creative reviews, stakeholder feedback, and approvals
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to identify gaps and keep projects moving
• Understanding of Waterfall, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience with project management and creative collaboration tools preferred
• Packaging, consumer packaged goods, regulated industry experience is a plus
• PMP certification is a plus
