Job Overview
Client is seeking a Senior Lead AI Developer to design and develop AI-driven solutions that transform and automate Finance Technology business processes. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with GenAI, ML, Agentic AI, RAG, and cloud technologies and able to work directly with business and IT leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI/ML, GenAI, automation, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Build scalable solutions using RAG, GraphRAG, Knowledge Graphs, and semantic layers.
- Develop NLP solutions for querying large and complex databases.
- Design high-volume, event-driven data processing solutions.
- Develop AI/ML solutions for forecasting, fraud detection, prediction, and financial analytics.
- Lead technical design, implementation, and production deployment.
- Partner with business leaders and SMEs to identify AI transformation opportunities.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and solution guidance.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of software/AI/ML development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong Kubernetes/containerization experience.
- Experience with event-driven architecture and high-volume data processing.
- Experience with GraphRAG, Knowledge Graphs, semantic search, and NLP.
- Strong programming, distributed systems, and cloud architecture skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred: Finance/Financial Services experience and experience leading AI transformation initiatives
