We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead with 10+ years of SAP FICO experience and 5+ years of onsite/onshore support for US-based customers. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP AMS delivery, SAP S/4HANA, FICO processes, Production Costing, COPA, Material Ledger, and stakeholder management in global delivery environments.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of SAP FICO experience with expertise in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, Cost Center Accounting, COPA, Product Costing, and Material Ledger
• 5+ years of onsite/onshore experience supporting US clients, including AMS delivery, stakeholder engagement, and project execution
• Strong experience with ITIL-based Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Transition Management
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC to S/4HANA migration, WRICEF objects, IDocs, DME, EBS, APP, and interface management
• Expertise in SAP integrations with MM, SD, PP, CO-PP, FI-MM, and FI-SD
• Experience in month-end/year-end close, data synchronization, substitutions, validations, and continuous process improvements
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead client workshops and coordinate global offshore/onshore teams
