We are hiring Associates/ Analyst for our Inbound Calling Process ( No Sales, No Upselling, No Cross-Selling)


Role: Associate / Analyst - Inbound Voice Process


Experience:

  • 1-3 years (Associate)
  • 3-5 years (Analyst)


Education:

  • 12th Pass / Graduate / Postgraduate


Key Skills Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with the ability to work independently


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound client calls and respond to queries professionally
  • Provide accurate, timely resolution to customer concerns
  • Assist customers with product, service, account, and data-related queries
  • Use internal tools/workflow systems to manage multiple interactions
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
  • Deliver high customer satisfaction through a customer-first approach
