Job Description

Note: Hiring for 2 positions one focused on Hair Care and one on Skin Care.

Seeking a motivated Junior Marketing Consultant to support the USA Innovation team in developing future beauty products across Hair Care and Skin Care categories. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketer interested in beauty, consumer trends, and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market, consumer, and competitive research.
  • Track beauty, consumer, cultural, and social media trends.
  • Support new product concepts and innovation projects.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing recommendations.
  • Analyze consumer insights and identify innovation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and category leaders.
  • Present project updates and findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in marketing, product development, market research, or innovation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and image-generation tools.

  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
