The Role • Provide day-to-day HR services and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. • Support onboarding, associate relations, and performance management processes. • Serve as a resource for associates and managers, promoting a positive work environment. • Assist with recruiting activities, new hire onboarding, and HRIS data management. • Ensure HR practices align with federal, state, and local employment laws. • Facilitate required training programs and maintain compliance certifications. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 1-3 years of progressive HR experience, including recruitment, onboarding, and associate relations. • Foundational understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
