Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Integration Lead with a strong technical background in SAP Payroll integrations. The ideal candidate will lead payroll integration activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless integration between SAP Payroll, Employee Central (EC), and third-party systems. The candidate should be willing to serve as the Payroll Integration Lead and, when required, lead, support, or act as the Payroll Lead during project execution.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Payroll integration solutions.
- Serve as the Payroll Integration Lead for payroll-related integration activities.
- Lead, support, or act as the Payroll Lead whenever project requirements demand.
- Design and manage integrations between SAP Employee Central (EC), EC Payroll, SAP Payroll, and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to gather and validate integration requirements.
- Provide technical leadership for SAP CPI/BTP, middleware, APIs, IDocs, web services, and file-based integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll integration issues.
- Support payroll testing, integration testing, UAT, and production deployments.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across payroll interfaces.
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience as an SAP Payroll Integration Lead with a technical background.
- Hands-on experience with SAP CPI/SCPI (SAP Integration Suite).
- Strong expertise in SAP Employee Central (EC) and EC Payroll integrations.
- Experience integrating SAP Payroll with third-party payroll, HR, and finance systems.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite, APIs, IDocs, OData, SOAP/REST web services, and middleware technologies.
- Strong understanding of payroll business processes and payroll integration architecture.
- Experience with integration troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead payroll integration activities and support payroll functional teams when required.
